　　元器件交易網訊  4月28日消息，據外媒報道，日月光公司CFO Joseph Tung稱，公司2014年第二季度收入預計比上季度的547億新臺幣（合18.1億美元）增加6%。

　　第一季度毛利率為18.9%，較上一季度下跌0.6個百分點，但較去年同期上漲1.7個百分點。

　　公司的核心IC ATM(組裝測試和材料)業務收入在第一季度達到新臺幣343.5億元，比上季度減少9%，但同比增10%。

　　2014年第二季度，核心IC ATM業務預計將繼續增長10%，而EMS業務與上季度持平。

　　Tung暗示，由于對IC后端服務的需求上升，日月光計劃今年增加資本支出至9-9.5億美元，此前預計為7億美元。

　　他表示，SiP封裝業務將成為2014年日月光的增長動力，相比今年第一季度SiP封裝業務收入占比7%，到第四季度將占總收入的25%。

　　Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) expects its revenues to grow 6% sequentially in the second quarter of 2014, up from NT$54.7 billion (US$1.81 billion) posted in the previous quarter, according to company CFO Joseph Tung.

　　The company also reported net profits of NT$3.44 billion for the first quarter of 2014, down 34% sequentially but up 54% on year. The earnings translated into an EPS of NT$0.44 for the quarter.

　　First-quarter gross margin stood at 18.9%, down 0.6pp from the previous quarter but up 1.7pp from a year earlier, Tung said.

　　Revenues of the company's core IC ATM (assembly test and material) business reached NT$34.35 billion in the first quarter, decreasing 9% from a quarter earlier but increasing 10% on year.

　　For the second quarter of 2014, the core IC ATM business is expected to grow 10% sequentially, while the EMS business will stay flat as compared to the previous quarter, Tung said.

　　Thanks to rising demand for IC backend services, ASE plans to raise its capex for 2014 to US$900-950 million, from the US$700 million projected previously, Tung indicated.

　　SiP packaging will serve as a growth driver for ASE in 2014, to account for over 25% of total revenues in the fourth quarter of 2014 compared to 7% in the first quarter of the year, Tung estimated.
